Peter webs him up but Shocker shoots through the webs and stars hitting Spider-Man over and over. MJ watches as Shocker drives off with Spider-Man. Shocker is very upset about how young Peter is and how much he has be hamulated by Spider-Man. MJ calls Kitty and Kitty goes to Captain Frank Quaid. Shocker continues to shock Spider-Man, while Spider-Man talks to him. Shocker explains that he use to work for Roxxon and after he created something before they fired him. Shocker keeps shooting at Spider-Man till one of the blasts hit the chain holding him up. Spider-Man is released and he knocks out Shocker right before Kitty and the Police come in.
